Assumption of Risk
I understand that private transportation services involve inherent risks including traffic accidents, weather conditions, wildlife, road hazards, mechanical failure, third-party actions, delays, and unforeseen events. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown.

Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the driver, vehicle owner, business operator, affiliates, contractors, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from transportation services, including personal injury, property loss, delays, missed flights, acts of nature, or third-party negligence.

No Responsibility for Personal Belongings
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for all personal belongings, luggage, valuables, pets, or equipment. No responsibility is assumed for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Medical & Special Needs Disclaimer
I confirm this is not emergency medical transport. Any assistance is a courtesy only and does not constitute medical care.

No Guaranteed Arrival Time
Arrival times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond the driver's control.

Passenger Conduct & Safety:
I agree to follow all safety instructions, wear seat belts, and conduct myself in a lawful and respectful manner. The driver reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if passenger behavior poses a safety, legal, or operational risk.

Force Majeure
I agree the driver shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond control, including wildfires, snow, floods, road closures, government orders, pandemics, or emergencies.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and defend the driver and service provider against any claims, damages, or liabilities caused by my actions, omissions, or violations during transportation.

Binding Arbitration
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Arizona. I waive my right to a jury trial or court lawsuit.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Binding Agreement
By reading this, you understand, and agree to this Liability Waiver, Arbitration, and Force Majeure Agreement. You affirm you are 18 years of age or older, or the legal guardian of minors listed, and this agreement is binding upon you the passenger and your heirs.
